These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Morhover for the use of the TaskStreak app. TaskStreak is also licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies in addition to these Terms.

Subject to these Terms, Morhover grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use TaskStreak on Apple devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by applicable law.
2. TaskStreak Pro Subscriptions
TaskStreak is free to use and supported by advertising. We also offer an optional auto-renewable subscription, TaskStreak Pro, which removes ads and provides a cleaner, distraction-free interface.
- Title: TaskStreak Pro (All Access)
- Monthly plan — 1 month duration, priced at US$2.99 per month (or the equivalent in your local currency).
- Yearly plan — 1 year duration, priced at US$29.99 per year (or the equivalent in your local currency).
Prices are shown in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region. Any applicable free trial or introductory offer, if available, will be disclosed at the point of purchase.
3. Billing & Automatic Renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the rate of the selected plan. Subscriptions are managed by Apple, and purchases are subject to Apple's Standard EULA.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems. You are responsible for the content you create within the App.
6. Intellectual Property
TaskStreak, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by Morhover and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important information.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morhover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted here, indicated by the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Morhover operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
