By downloading or using VaultX (“the app”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use VaultX on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
VaultX stores your content and credentials only on your device and uses strong encryption. Because of this, we cannot recover your PIN, codes, passwords, or encrypted content if you forget them or lose your device. You are solely responsible for remembering your codes and for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for any loss of data.
You agree to use VaultX only for lawful purposes and only to store content you have the right to store. You must not use the app to store or distribute unlawful material, or to violate the rights of others. The built-in browser and transfer features must be used in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of the websites and networks you access. You are responsible for your use of the app and the content you keep in it.
VaultX provides facade (calculator/dialer) and locking features intended for personal privacy. Operating-system behaviors outside our control (such as the App Switcher, backups, or device management) may affect these features. The app is provided as a privacy tool, not a guarantee against determined access to an unlocked device.
Any optional paid features or subscriptions are processed by Apple and governed by Apple's terms. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
VaultX is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or content, arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
